Absolutely awful!!!!
Been with this insurer for around 4 years now, I have recently bought a brand new car which is over 10000 pound. I’ve just been informed that I cannot change vehicle on my current policy as the value of my new car is too high. Therefore I can’t do nothing about it other than cancelling my policy which will cost! And getting a new policy which will cost even more! And at same time loosing my years no claim. MISLEADING CUSTOMERS!!!!!
I was not aware of this when taking the policy out which should have been clearly stated when taking a policy out in case of a new vehicle purchase!!!!
