Terrible service!
Tried to get in contact for a change of vehicle, I had no response was on the phone for over 40 minutes! I was due to pick up the car within the next day or two so I had to get another policy sorted
I emailed to cancel my policy with them and explained why ect... I then had a email saying I defaulted on my DD and to call them (another 15 minutes on hold) and they said they wouldn't backdate cancellation because I had to call to cancel the policy (I tried) and then carried on charging me 10% commission and £75 cancellation fee!!
I now owe the Direct Debit company £150 for a policy that isnt in force anymore
Terrible company with even worse customer service, stay away
