Been with Lancaster over 30 years. My last experience was awful when I cancelled my policy after one month as we had sold the car. Of the £281 premium they were only willing to refund me £50. When I raised this as an issue their advisor then turned on me accusing me of not reading the terms and conditions. I've raised a formal complaint as not only are the terms extortionate but I should not be spoken to like that. Not the company it used to be.
