I have been trying to withdraw some of my savings from my workplace savings account since 19th March 2021, legal & general keep making excuses and send the same forms over & over (stalling tactics ?), it’s now 8th may and I’m no further forward in getting MY money.
They sent an email on 28th April asking for my phone number so they could discuss their poor service, I have replied 4 times with my phone number, I have received an automated response each time so I know they have been received but nobody has called.
Absolutely appalling service.
If I don’t receive the money I have requested by the end of next week then further reviews will be added.
This fiasco has cost me a lot of time and stress which customers shouldn’t need to endure just to get something that is rightfully theirs.
