Terrible service,applied for
My pension details in July as I retired 2 years ago as my pension pot dropped £19,000 in 2 years.they told me my details was posted on 5 August,then I received a text on 11 August saying details have been posted. It's now 16 August.never known the post to take this long,must be comming by pigeon post Terrible service.
