Appalling Service - Ten weeks and the property still has not been dried out by L&G. Young child in the house and left without heating and washing facilities. They have breached their contract by not providing equivalent accommodation. They forgot about us and lied about it. They ignored the fact that my daughter has asthma and cancelled the drying service.
I hope that they are warm in their beds tonight, whilst we sleep in the cold and the damp for yet another week.
