Worst company I've ever dealt with. Lied to throughout the whole process. My claim was for £2000 minus excess - they've ended up costing me £2300. So not only am I £2000 down through burglary, it's cost me £2300 for a holiday I can't go on because they can't resolve my claim as quick as they promised me they would.
Stay away at all costs.
