20 years ive been with this company, and never made a claim.
untill last week when my lounge ceiling came down due to a water leak in the bathroom up stairs. They will look or any excuse not to pay up, and refused my claim because it wasent wet enough, It was 10 days untill they sent a man around to look and it had dryed out a lot by then.
Ovoid this company there is no point having insurance if they wont pay out
