Time to renew my policy and I've spent 20 minutes on hold and being passed between various Customer Service Assistants who 'haven't dealt with that product' (home insurance!) before finally speaking to someone who 'could' deal with my product. I was then advised, he could do nothing about the renewal price (£150 more than competitors) and was going to pass me onto another colleague in Customer Loyalty that would be able to help. No thanks. I'll go elsewhere.
