Hi. Just received an email from yourself stating you are not going to honour our pet insurance claim which I find outrageous. We've taken on two policies with you on the highest plan to ensure we have the best interests of our dogs at hand. Visited our local practice with one of our dogs poorly to be told it was as a result of teeth issues resulting in 13 teeth being removed which had affected her health and appetite. Completed the form to be told that you only Cover dental fees as a result of an accident. I will be raising a complaint with your dept tomorrow and taking this to the financial ombudsman for being mis sold insurance.You
