Terrible service for the self employed.
They calculate what they pay on previous tax return of 2 years ago so can pay out less.
They are way over the 10 days maximum pay out time and blamed a move of office.
When finally come to pay out they then want another doctors certificate even tho they have had the current certificate the whole time no one cared to look at it!!!waisting more nhs resources when my knee is visible clearly damaged.
Terrible company do not use!!!!
