the only reason I looked for new insurance is because I moved house and I tried to update my address by calling them.
I was told after being on the phone for an hour that they could not do this and I would have to wait for a call back. This takes up to 5 days. I didnt get a call back so I cancelled my insurance and took out a new one with them again. this is very poor customer service and I only went with them again due to them coming up the cheapest.
