Have only used them once but cannot fault at all - my mother was delighted with the good quality pink roses sent for her 80th birthday. I found the ordering process v straightforward, the price reasonable & they were delivered on the correct day, keeping me up-to-date throughout.
I'd only ordered a couple of days earlier, as well. A minor quibble would be that the delivery information & options are a little confusing, but on the whole, v good service. Would certainly use again & recommend
