Received my flowers today and some heads were already off and lying in the cardboard box. The roses look awful. They are all drooping. I’m really shocked at their appearance/condition. I send quite a few flowers to friends and work colleagues but I won’t be using M&S - too embarrassing.
The flowers from Asda and Morrison’s are better at just £6.00. Save your money.
