Abundance roses I had sent for Mother’s Day. Absolute rubbish. 2/3 dead in the box. White roses were brown and the rest were all well open. Totally different to the description. Second time this has happened and I’ll never order them again. They have issued a refund so will check I receive it. Don’t bother. Rubbish quality.
I actually called last night to complain. On hold 50 minutes when they said 30 and they close at 8pm and someone cut me off as they didn’t want to call. Not sure what’s happened to M&S but I’m done with them.
