Two deliveries ,two weeks apart. First was daffodils,worth about £5. Second was tulips that arrived yesterday,they were DEAD,no amount of water and food could resurrect them.
Trying to cancel the subscription was a nightmare. Got through on the phone this am ,to speak to a human don't use the word " flowers" you will be sent around in circles.
Use the words "speak to an agent" then next prompt " complaint".
Had to ask fora refund on the tulips.
Horrible experience. Come on M&S get a grip.
