Flowers should bring joy when the box is opened! In my case unable to see flowers ( except the ones in droop sticking out the top) because they were wrapped in brown paper. Had to disassemble the box to find out who they were from. Boring card simply an advertisement for M&S. No thought had been put into the presentation 0/10 marks. Flowers not good VFM. Could do better. Disappointing all round.
