Awful quality, half dead when arrived and were no different after 24 hours in water. An expensive bouquet sent by an elderly relative for my birthday. M&S refused to discuss with me as I hadn’t ordered them. The complaint Had to be initiated by the purchaser who would have been devastated that she had spent her pension on poor quality flowers.
