Shocking service. Paid for delivery for Mother’s Day and now will not arrive til after a week later. Customer service rep was rude and dismissive.
Disgusting service and I should have ordered from Interlora!! I’ll never use M&S again.
They will let you down!!! Staff absolutely horrendous.
