Magic times rose bouquet was sent to my friend on the occasion of her birthday remembering all our happy memories together over the years. This bouquet won’t be one of them! Despite her best flower arranging efforts she couldn’t keep them alive for a few days even. As we are the best of friends she felt it only right to inform me so that I didn’t purchase on line flowers again. Very,very disappointed. Also sad that M&S don’t respond to the critique and express some concern about their disappointing performance. 😢😢
