Ordered flowers for a friend's 50th. Decided to have them delivered to me so I could take them to her rather than being delivered to her. So glad they came to me, they arrived bone dry and half dead! I'd have been mortified if they'd gone to my friend! They were all limp and bent over and the majority of the roses were all brown. Very disappointed. Also I only knew they'd been delivered from receiving a text, the driver didn't ring the bell or knock the door!
