Ordered flowers on 22nd June to be delivered today to a Funeral Directors for my friends funeral tomorrow. Had a text from Yodel at 19.48pm this evening to say my flowers were out for delivery and would be delivered between 17.00pm-19.00pm. So basically they will not be delivered today, as the delivery Stops at 19.00pm. Rung Marks and Spencer Complaints and spoke to Melissa, who also said they will be delivered today to start with! I said they won't as they don't deliver after 19.00pm, as it states at the start of M and S message. Now been told she will message Yodel fir Delivery before 11am tomorrow. Totally upset and disgusted of the incompetence from these people!
