1 flowers sent to a friend gor a special birthday-never received - claimed coukd not find the address. No apology
2 flowers received for mother’s day - a number dead or dying
3 flowers received for my birthday- a third dead or dying by day two
Would not recommend
Plenty of great flowers via post not via m and s
