As someone else has said further down this long list of complaints by unhappy customers, M&S uses Yodel which has to be one of the most unreliable couriers in the country.
Flowers ordered by my husband for our wedding anniversary failed to arrive yesterday and according to the Yodel 'tracking system' (lol) aren't even rescheduled for today. Currently it's 30°C outside so what these flowers will even look like when they eventually turn up isn't hard to imagine given the comments on this thread.
M&S we will never order flowers from you again after decades of loyal custom.
