Delivered on time and I haven’t seen the flowers but have assumed them to be as expected.
Unfortunately these were sympathy flowers sent to a close family member after the passing of a loved one. If you are in the same scenario I do not recommend M&S. The flowers unexpectedly came boxed. No where is this clearly stated in the product description or ordering process. I assumed M&S would deliver the flowers in a similar manner to a florist. I am disappointed and distressed that this has happened and don’t recommend M&S to others wanting to sending sympathy flowers. I can only assume all of their flower deliveries come boxed, please keep this in mind when sending flowers. A local florist would charge a similar total order amount for hand delivery. On this occasion the local florist had a shortage of flowers due to COVID and M&S was the only option. Overall a bad experience and a will not be purchasing this service again.
