Two weeks ago I sent a bouquet to a friend and was very disappointed when a different one was sent. I complained and showed proof of the less attractive one sent nothing like what I had chosen. I was refunded but that didn’t compensate for my disappointment. Decided that I would give them another chance yesterday and again to my disgust less flowers in bouquet insipid not like picture..can’t trust you... make sure you get a photo to check... have sent so many in the past but who knows what they have been like? Will go elsewhere in the future.
