Ordered the 12 red roses for our anniversary.
To say the least well disappointed
Looked really nice in box but on closer inspection some of flowers had dark edges and when we removed packaging 2 of the head fell apart so now we have only 10
I complained and was offered a replacement but I refused as they were for my wedding anniversary and that is today
