Ordered some furniture which should have been delivered three days ago.. Received three texts to confirm, then late afternoon the day before a text to say its been rescheduled.
Tried to contact them via their site.. Robotic reply was absolutely useless, so had to ring.
Was informed that my product had not been shipped as yet??..
Just tried again to send them a message through their site and it doesn't even send.
Really unhappy with their service so far..
