During COVID year. With all the restrictions on all travel. They still bumped my up premium by 15%.....
First call. Polite young lady told me take it or leave it basically.
Second call (my fault for not doing my usual price comparison in advance).
Best they could do was "increase" my mileage allowance (while travel I still restricted) and added pillion....which I definitely did not want.
Oh! Renewing does not mean your policy terms and conditions seamless carry over.
You are still on probationary period of 10 days BEFORE your full coverage is in place. I had to get him to confirm this with me.......did not believe it the first time
That is a first for me. And the last with MCE unfortunately. Loyalty goes out the window when you feel let down.
I will not make the same mistake on next renewal.
