Tried to renew my policy by telephone, but unfortunately the person I spoke to had an accent that was hard to understand. Eventually it became clear that he couldn’t renew the policy himself, so I was transferred to another department, and joined a ‘phone queue.
I eventually hung up, and renewed my policy via the website, as though I was a new customer.
