NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE INSURING MY BIKE WITH MCE. MY BIKE WAS STOLEN IN JUNE. IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM, AND THEN YOU WILL WAIT DAYS/WEEKS FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO YOU. THEY WILL TRY EVERY TACTIC THEY CAN THINK OFF TO DELAY ANY PAYMENT. BRITISH SUPERBIKE GUY'S YOU SHOULD BE EMBARASSED TO HAVE YOUR NAME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY.
LIKE SO MANY OTHERS I HAVE NOW GOT TO INVOLVE THE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN AND MY SOLICITORS TO TRY AND GET MY (LEGITIMATE) CLAIM PAID. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! DEL.
