Absolute joke of a company.. they went into administration cancelled my policy , thought I'd give them a chance , took out new policy .. then updated their own systems and threatened to charge me £30 if I didnt reply quick enough .. fast forward few months , I miss a payment as it's linked to your card not bank account. I phoned them up the same day . Made the payment and they charged me £30 . Phoned later in the day to change my address. The. They charged me £113 for changing one detail , the house number , Iv moved across my estate . No mangers , script read answers . Zero customer service .
