Finally got my claim and compensation 10 months after my bike was stolen. Only got this via the Financial Ombudsman. The Ombudsman was great but absolutely flabbergasted by MCE's total and utter failure to honour a clear agreement.
Even after the FO's ruling they tried to only pay half and I had to ask the FO to chase every day for two weeks. They are genuinely crooked - and that's official!
