I never thought that I could experience such appalling Customer Service as i have received from this company. If I was allowed to give zero stars I would and that would be generous.
I have had exactly the same experience as the previous review, almost identical.
4 months since I reported the theft of my bike and have yet to receive a settlement. Since then they have sent me incomplete requests for information, requested documents already in its possession (i.e. V5), they are now asking for the Service History. I have agreed a sum over a month ago but now their compliance dept is dealing with my claim. I have also raised a compliant with them and the Financial Ombudsman. I would like to know where all the reviews on their website, giving 5 stars come from and how to put a review on there. They are nothing short of being thieves themselves, they may as well stolen my bike.
