I would have given 5 stars, but the fact that i have to; firstly remember that my insurance has run out (or take your reminder and find a moment to call, which by your opening times means at work), and secondly find that I have to give ALL my details AGAIN (in front of boss and colleagues). Any chance of me considering taking more insurance is removed by being forced into contact !? Your representatives are always polite, and willing to help, which does make it a lot easier. But having to find time in our busy work lives, means I will be seriously considering changing suppliers to someone who automatically re-insures me.
