every time i call i spend at least 20 minutes in a call queue waiting for someone to answer the phone.
even after making a complaint - the next day when they called me back they left a message and a number, i called the number and had to go through the standard IVR which involved more waiting.
will be adding excessive cost of calls to my request for compensation
