call center new policy department quite rude / not very polite / not customer friendly.
lost 100£ as got policy cancelled because on temporary motor ID number (was waiting for DVLA plate numbers). no contact / information from MCE that policy was running out. Though receiving calls once a week from MCE marketing department to take additional cover.
