Good website, great prices, easy to use. However, it would help and be of benefit to new customers that within the insurance documents e-mailed to me, confirmation of the declared non standard features were published and both parties agreed on. In my case I declared 5 changes on which the price was based. I happily paid, but the only confirmation I had that I had declared these changes was a 'checked' box stating that changes had been made. I would liked to have seen confirmation of the changes I declared so that there was no misunderstanding, especially if I need to make a future claim. Just a thought
