They have used excuses ranging from "examworks haven't submitted their report" to "we have had issues with our system" or even "x team hasn'nt validated on the system". They have also tried to adjust my premium (con) as a shared garage is not a garage, which is somewhat confusing given the options of "on street, driveway, shed or garage", garage would seem the most appropriate. The adjustment came to £150, approximately 50% of the annual premium! I will be reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman Service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
