Waited over an hour to be connected after an accident, then they incorrectly stated they could not recover me as I lived over 20 miles away. I just dint want to leave bike at side of road so it could be striped or stolen...they just were not interested and left me to it. Later I found out they could have recovered me and the bike to a local repairer within 20 miles, then I had to get home.... that would have been acceptable. Now subject to a formal complaint. Also found out when adding another bike that if I chose my own repairer they will increase my excess by £300 and charge a £110 admin fee. plus load of other rip off terms in the small print. suggest you approach very careful and look at alternative.... 19/9 MCE have replied to this review and offered in look in to this...I suspect it just lip service,, so will be providing further updates as things progress. MCE Governace dept have said they will respond by mid Oct. watch this space
