Called for advice on whether to get a dual motorcycle policy for my 2nd motorcycle or an additional single policy. The sales representative was condescending and offered no advice, only the cost. All he was interested in was whether I wanted to proceed with it!
I have no idea whether they get commission for policies accepted; I assumed they did and declined to purchase from the salesman and bought via the website as MCE were the best value.
