Avoid this company like the plague. Disgusting service, and you're kept waiting for hours (and in my case, days) by incompetent staff. My scooter was stolen not just once but twice and used every trick in the book not to pay out. And then when I had to change my policy from full comp to third party for another bike they charged the same amount as it was for the original policy!
If I had money and resources to sue these bastards I would.
