It was a choice between 2 and 3 stars.
First of all it was hard to understand the person at the call center as it was in the Philippines and she spoke really fast.
After filling all my details in the Comparthemarket application and taking out the policy I found when reading my insurance certificate it had several mistakes and put in dates I hadnt entered.
Upon ringing the customer service and waiting ages I once again had to run through everything to get the details correct.
Time wise it seemed to take far to long but I was ok with the price.
