Good value. Renewed online but had to go through the whole quote process again. Would be nice to get an automatic renewal price. Also found the website finicky, not very easy to use, mainly due to the layout. Very small boxes. Took a while to update each time I entered a detail. Also would have been nice to receive a better reception when I initially rang for a quote. The male representative was lack lustre and said I’d be better going through the process on line as it would take 15 mins to go through the quote over the telephone and it would also be cheaper online.
