Was left on hold for 70 minutes waiting for an agent.
Eventually spoke with someone on chat (while still holding), who said they weren’t actually busy. He arranged for a call back from them. No apologies from the call handler when I said what had happened.
Their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired!
Call handlers always seem quite put out over the phone.
