Hopeless,
They make you download this app. App won’t accept my licence as it’s the old paper type, have tried several times to contact them by phone almost several hours of call and still no one has answered. They sent me mail saying they are going to cancel my insurance if I don’t send them copy of my license through the app. So they got my money in full and are now going to cancel insurance and take a percentage of my payment. Do not use these cowboys.
