I took my insurance out with these robbers on the 27thSeptember 2015 and paid it in full to save paying interest on monthly payments. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to sell the bike to raise some funds 26th November 2015. When I cancelled the policy they charged me £75 cancelation fees. They told me it was in the small print when I challenged it. Had I paid monthly they would have not been able to charge me anything. I intend to raise this rip off with the Ombudsman. They had the cheek to ask me if there was anything else they could help me with after they told me I was getting £29 back from £243. They really know how to rub it in.
