Completely untrustworthy. Lied to me about my renewal saying the best price available to me was in excess of £840 when I had only paid £305 on my first year and even though I told them I didn't want to renew, they renewed it anyway on my grandfathers card details taking the money straight from his account to renew the policy. I then had to wait on hold for 40 minutes just to talk to someone to cancel the policy and get a full refund. And the so called £840+ being the best price was a load of rubbish I found a company who can give me insurance for £324. And they could do it themselves for £356. LIARS AND THIEVES!!!
