I insured my new ducati in april after 2 years on my Honda. both bikes were insured with motorcycle direct,i was informed yesterday that my new bike hasn't been insured since may as they cancelled my policy because they didn't have proof of my no claims even though it was with the same company.£75.00 to cancel,the policy and i was notified by email but I couldn't open documents as error occurred.£57.00 refunded but cant tell me which card it was on.if I treated my customer like ie not knowing their history I would have complaints about their cars galore.a shocking experience never to be repeated.
