Do not trust this insurance company!
Had my motorcycle insurance policy cancelled..( because they never received my proof of no claims) they tried to contact me by phone ONCE but because it went through to voicemail they never left a message (which they admit doing) and consequently cancelled my insurance.. apparently they say they also sent me a text, which I never received and could not find on my texts log.
The matter is now with the insurance ombudsman.. who is quite surprised that they only tried to contact me once by phone. Gary Traviss
